Don’t Worry About Getting It All Done in One Day
The Strong & Bomb Library is packed with video tutorials and it can be a bit overwhelming.
Take your time & give yourself grace to get through the content. Remember this is a vault full of resources so only watch what you desire to watch. If you are not interested in tracking macros, don't watch it unless you are simply just curious!
The main information you need to know will be in your Strong & Bomb training booklet.
This is the one place you won’t get in trouble for "putting off your homework."
Progress Photo Suggestions
Be as consistent each time you take photos with factors such as lighting, angles, clothing, and timing.
Take photos first thing in the morning with a white background.
Try taking 3 different shots: a front view, side view, and rear view!
Most clients will wear a sports bra and fitting shorts, but wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.
Set up your phone and take a video holding each angle for about 3-5 seconds. After the video is taken, you can screenshot each pose.
Take progress photos every 3 weeks to help keep track of progress. The scale may not always change due to many factors and this is why I find photos to be helpful!

Weighing Yourself Tips
If you have high anxiety over the scale, please skip this part! This journey is meant to bring you peace, not create extra feelings of unease! If you’re considering using a scale, I highly recommend downloading the Happy Scale app that helps with the anxiety over the scale.
When weighing yourself, you should follow the same rules as the progress photos - take them first thing in the morning (before you eat, but after you use the restroom) and in similar clothing.
Remember, the number on the scale does NOT reflect your value and does not determine your overall progress. The weight scale should not be prioritized as the top progress marker either. The scale is simply just one tool out of the entire toolbox and provides us data & feedback to make adjustments to the program.
