Hey! I'm Ashleigh Vargas and I'm the owner and lead coach at Aevi Gain. I am also the founder of the Strong and Bomb Academy.
I'm on a mission to help overwhelmed women take control of their lives through strengthening, fueling, and resting their bodies so they can align with peace, freedom, abundance, and true self-love!
In 2012, I went through the worst depression I have ever been through which lasted roughly until 2015. I then made the powerful decision to invest in my health and embark on my fitness transformation journey.
I truly believe physically getting stronger and taking control of my health & mindset lead me to have the courage to take the leap of faith in starting my own coaching business.
I now help people heal through self-sabotage by teaching them how to navigate through stress & anxiety so they can take control of their lives by mastering one day and one healthy habit at a time.
